I was helped by Dr Dang, Flavia, and Robyn. I believe Flavia was my hygienist and she was the best. I'm new to the area and was looking on local FB groups and these guys came up a lot. I'm so glad I stuck to the referral. I think Clearwater Family Dental is my favorite practice. I scheduled an appointment only a couple of days away, was seen right away, their procedure for new patients was the most thorough and easy, and I really loved their data-driven approach. Plenty of pictures and xrays taken up front so they know what we're dealing with. Prices were transparent and options were given which made me feel very comfortable with the service. Flavia was gentle and friendly and I immediately decided to schedule my 2yo for her first dental visit. Wife is scheduled for a few days from now, I expect she'll have a polished and easy visit just like mine

Dr. Dang is a very skilled dentist. He repaired a chip in my front tooth. It matched perfectly and actually corrected a slight misalignment I had. My front teeth look great! I love CFD. They make appointment time comfortable with gentle friendly care. Thank you!!

This place was unprofessional. I had called to make an appointment asked them about my insurance to see if they were in network. I was told to send over the info to the number called, they did not reply then someone said to send to a different number. Then once they got the estimated cost of benefits, etc they mentioned that there was coverage and all is well. I make it to my appointment, then they tell me my insurance is out of network and that I had to pay. I left not wasting my time. Multiple receipts of me communicating to them to ensure that they do in fact take my insurance and that my insurance is covered with them for the procedure I needed. It is a big red flag when off the bat this place has poor communication and excludes important details. I work in the dental field and am familiar with insurances. This is unacceptable and fishy. Shame because I did research and would’ve love to receive their quality of clinical work. But I don’t like to be seen by a company who is not financially transparent. Update: Almost negative reviews all come down to lack of financial transparency and deceitfulness when it comes to insurances and pricing. Luckily I dodged the bullet before i

Had the best dental experience here today. My dental hygienist Rommy was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. I felt very comfortable and in confident hands. The office staff was very kind and communicative as well. Dr. Garcia is very calm and caring and I felt heard. I had a cleaning today and I am actually looking forward to staying on schedule with my regular cleanings due to my experience today. Great Job Clearwater Family Dental!
